Shipping Policy

At Firdaus Lashes, all orders are packed with care and dispatched from Australia.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options
We currently offer the following Australia-wide shipping options:

Standard Shipping: $5 flat rate
Estimated delivery: approximately 2–6 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping: $15 flat rate
Estimated delivery: approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, public holidays and any delays outside our control. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

Australia Post states that Parcel Post generally takes 2–6 business days, while Express Post generally takes 1–3 business days within Australia.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Firdaus Lashes is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are managed by the shipping carrier. If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with tracking the order.
